We, Edo and Hessel, joined forces to create Dutch Brigade. Due to the growing demand for integrated campaigns combining photography and video, we decided to join forces once again. Both highly skilled directors, photographers & cinematographers, we seamlessly work as a team.

One team. One production. Photography and video working seamlessly together.

We met more than 25 years ago on the beach discussing the surf of the day. During our time at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague, we became close friends and often worked together as a team. After graduating, we each built our own careers in photography and film before joining forces again 25 years later.

Production

We believe today's productions ask for flexibility.Every project is different.Every budget is different.

For us, great productions aren't defined by size, but by the quality of ideas, the craft and the people behind them. We offer full-service production, but we're equally happy to collaborate with your own production team if preferred and just use our expertise as photographers, cinematographers and directors. Our own production service can supply you with all you need: casting, props & wardrobe, locations & permissions, set building, art direction, travel & accommodation, budget management, studios, traffic control, post-production, music & sound design.
